The short version
Unopened vials can come back within 30 days. Anything we got wrong — damaged, mis-shipped, or not matching its certificate — we put right at our cost.
Returns of unopened material
You may return unopened vials in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Return shipping is at your expense unless the return arises from our error. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
What cannot be returned
Opened vials. Once a seal is broken we have no way to verify how the material has been stored or handled, and we will not resell it or place it back into stock. This is a matter of material integrity and chain of custody, not of convenience.
Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable unless faulty.
If something is wrong with your order
We will replace the item or refund it in full, at your choice, and cover the shipping either way, if:
- the material arrives damaged;
- you received the wrong item or the wrong presentation;
- the material does not match the certificate of analysis published for its lot.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the lot number printed on the vial, and photographs where they help.
How to start a return
- Email orders@reviveresearchusa.com with your order number and what is wrong.
- We reply with return instructions. Do not send anything back before you have them — unannounced returns cannot be tracked to your order.
- Pack the vials as they arrived and send them to the address we give you.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is inspected, we email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. How quickly the money appears then depends on your bank or provider.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return arises from our error.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, the return process above applies instead.
