Where we ship
United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot forward orders to freight consolidators or international reshippers.
Cost
- Standard shipping — $15, tracked.
- Free on orders over $250, applied automatically at checkout.
Dispatch times
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
An order is “confirmed” once payment has cleared in full. Payment methods that take time to settle will delay dispatch accordingly.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order leaves us. Tracking can take several hours to become active on the carrier’s system — this is normal and does not indicate a problem.
Packaging and condition
Material ships lyophilised, sealed, and packed to protect the vials in transit. Lyophilised peptide is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of a domestic shipment, so cold-chain shipping is not used.
On arrival, transfer vials to refrigeration. Storage guidance specific to each compound appears on its product page and on its certificate of analysis.
Addresses
We ship to the address given at checkout. Please check it carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you. Reshipment requires payment of shipping a second time.
Delays, loss and damage
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Weather, carrier backlogs and local disruption can all cause delay.
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier, with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the affected items.
Risk of loss
Risk passes to you on delivery by the carrier to the address you provided. This does not affect our commitment above to resolve genuine loss or damage in transit.
