1. Who may purchase
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement, that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract, and that you are acquiring material for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research.
We may decline or cancel any order, at our discretion, without being required to give a reason.
2. Research use only
Every product sold on this website is a research chemical supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory investigation by qualified professionals.
Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease or condition.
By ordering, you expressly agree that you will not, and will not permit any other person to:
- administer any product to a human being or an animal, by any route;
- ingest, inject, inhale, apply or otherwise consume any product;
- resell, repackage or distribute any product for human or veterinary use;
- represent any product as a medicine, supplement or therapeutic agent.
You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage and disposal of the material, and for compliance with all federal, state and local law applicable to you.
3. No advice
We do not provide medical, clinical, dosing or protocol guidance of any kind, and nothing on this website constitutes such advice. Our staff cannot answer questions about the use or administration of any compound and will decline to do so.
4. Product information and certificates
Analytical figures published on this website derive from third-party laboratory analysis of a specific batch. A certificate describes only the lot it names. Always match the lot number on the certificate against the lot number printed on your vial.
We take care to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or specifications are free of error. Where an error affects an order, section 9 applies.
5. Orders and pricing
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full before dispatch. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Title to the goods passes to you when payment clears in full; risk passes on delivery to the carrier in accordance with the Shipping Policy.
7. Shipping
We ship to the United States only. Delivery timescales, costs and the dispatch cut-off are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Opened vials cannot be returned, for reasons of chain of custody and material integrity.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, data, research outcomes or business, however arising.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any consequence of a product being used in a manner prohibited by section 2. Such use is a breach of these terms and is entirely at the user’s own risk.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms, from your handling of the material, or from any use of a product contrary to section 2.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order.
14. Governing law
